{"id":10911,"date":"2018-10-03T15:42:36","date_gmt":"2018-10-03T12:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cosell.co.il\/?page_id=10911"},"modified":"2018-12-18T12:44:08","modified_gmt":"2018-12-18T10:44:08","slug":"lerner-policies-and-rules","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cosell.co.il\/en\/lerner\/lerner-policies-and-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"Lerner Sports Center Policies and Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"nolwrap\"><div class=\"text\">\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><b>Registration policy and rules<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>1. <b>Students<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hebrew University students of the Mount Scopus campus are entitled to purchase a subscription under the wellness services arrangement, as follows: <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wellness services &#8211; Hebrew University bachelor and master&#8217;s students who have paid the wellness services fee and student association membership are entitled to subscribe to the swimming pool free of charge and to the gym at the same sports center for 690 NIS for the duration of the subscription. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1 Subscription is subject to presenting certificates of paid tuition for the subscription year, and payment at the customer service office only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2 Students who have purchased a subscription to the lerner sport center may use the gym, the swimming pool and the athletics stadium. The basic subscription does not include use of the parking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3 Students who have purchased a subscription are entitled to special rates at the studio and at the tennis club, as advertised by the Center. Discounts cannot be combined. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4 Students who have completed their studies and their remaining obligations are exams or papers, must provide the customer service office with a certificate issued by their department confirming their obligations for their final year. In this case, students are entitled to purchase a subscription at the rate offered to students from other institutions, for two years after completing their course work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5 Summer course students may use the sports centers on Safra campus or Mount Scopus campus for a monthly subscription or for the duration of their course at the rate of 1\/3 of the full price (the full price in 2019 is NIS 1,440).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6 Postgraduate students are entitled to student rates, as follows: <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6.1. Postgraduate &#8211; a PhD student in the experimental track at the Authority for Research Students (studies at the Safra campus or the Ein Kerem medical school campus).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6.2 Postgraduate &#8211; PhD student in the theoretical track at the Authority for Research Students who is enrolled in a 40% program or more at the Hebrew University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6.3 This arrangement is valid for the first three years of the degree program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6.4 Postgraduate students in the categories listed above will be able to purchase the subscription as a combined subscription only,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which includes the swimming pool and gym, for <\/span><b>NIS<\/b> <b>690.<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7 Students who subscribe via the customer service office may pay by credit card in 4 installments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.8 Students who purchase a subscription to the Lerner center on Mount Scopus and the Safra center will be asked to go to the customer service office on their first visit to deposit a NIS 50 security and receive a biometric ID card.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.9 Your subscription covers the academic year and ends on September 30 every year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.9 Subscriptions cannot be frozen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.10 Monthly subscription is NIS <\/span><b>330<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.11 The administration is entitled to revoke membership of students whose status at the university changed after subscribing to the center, or to request payment according to their current status at the university.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">2.<span>\u00a0<\/span><a id=\"workers\"><\/a><b>Hebrew University Employees<\/b><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">University employees are entitled to purchase a subscription on condition that they appear in the employee index issued by the Division of Human Resources or subject to presenting suitable documentation from the Office of Academic Affairs or the human resources manager at the medical school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 Regular university employees may arrange payment by withholding from their salary. Amounts will be deducted in 5 equal installments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 Members of the senior faculty association<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2.1 Entitled to participate in the group purchase of annual subscriptions by arrangement with the association (retired faculty not included).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2.2 This arrangement is for a subscription to the center; upgrades are subject to rates at each center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2.3 Subscriptions are annual, and cannot be frozen or extended.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3 Employees who pledge to pay by deduction from salary and\/or compensation (in case of non-payment) are exempt from registration, handling, and overhead fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4 Instructors or guest lecturers may use the sports facilities for a monthly fee at a rate of 1\/4 of the basic employee rate. Guest lecturers hosted in the Belgium Residence or Maiersdorf Faculty House may purchase single drop-in admissions to the swimming at the advertised rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.5 Monthly subscription is NIS 420. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.6 Admission to the sports facilities has been extended to include third generation (grandchildren) of all ages, and spouses and children of employees, at the adult rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.7 Employees of Hebrew University companies and not for profit associations, and board members of these organizations are entitled to purchase a subscription at employee rates with the additional registration fee of NIS 200. Please review the list of approved organizations advertised every year by the University Company and Association Unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.8 The administration is entitled to revoke membership of employees whose status at the university changed after subscribing to the center, or to request payment according to their current status at the university.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">3.<span>\u00a0<\/span><a id=\"Alumni\"><\/a>\u00a0<b>University alumni<\/b><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">University alumni may subscribe on presenting a certificate of graduation from the University (when first subscribing) and are entitled to a reduced rate for University alumni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monthly subscription is NIS 420.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">4.<span>\u00a0<\/span><a id=\"General\"><\/a><b>General<\/b><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1 IDF invalids<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entitled to a discount on sports facilities in the group they are entitled to, equivalent to their disability percentage and up to 10%. The discount is non-transferrable and is not available on subscriptions for less than a year or on reduced student subscriptions. Please enclose a copy of your invalid certificate with your registration form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2 Guest admissions<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Members of the sports center may purchase guest admissions to the swimming pool at their center. The guest must be accompanied by the host (entry subject to availability). During the summer guest admissions must be preordered and are limited to an established quota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3 Children and family members<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.1 Children under 18, or under 21 who are members of the military who subscribe without the person eligible for a special rate will be charged at the full rate for the eligible person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.2 Family subscriptions of two parents and 3 children in the same category at the full rate include any additional children free of charge, provided the children are under 18, or under 21 if they are serving in the IDF. Older children are not included in this offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3 Children under 3 years old are charged at a reduced rate (for swimming pool subscription).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.4 Children of subscribers who during at least 6 months of the subscription period will be serving in the IDF (conscripted) or in National Service (girls) will be charged at the rate of children under 18. Please enclose an IDF certificate of service (Form 435\/1) or certificate of National Service. Without the appropriate form, the full rate will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.5 Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent while in the swimming pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4 Domestic partners<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">University students, employees, or graduates who wish to purchase a subscription for their domestic partner must provide a statement of cohabitation signed by a lawyer and ID cards showing the address of their common residence (full text of the statement is available at the customer service office).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5 Required documents<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.1 ID cards of all family members (containing children\u2019s identification).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2 Valid student card (students).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.3 Certificate of paid tuition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.4 Doctor\u2019s certificate for activity in the gym.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.6 Receiving your membership card<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your subscription card will be prepared when you register but will be given after you have presented you statement of health, doctor\u2019s certificate confirming your fitness to train in a gym in accordance with the Physical Fitness Establishments Law. You will be given a temporary admission card for one week with which you will be allowed to train provided you complete a single-workout statement. Proof of payment is not equivalent to an admission pass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subscription cards are not disposable; they are automatically renewed with your subscription renewal. Keep your card even if you do not renew your subscription regularly. Re-issue of a subscription card is charged at NIS 50.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.7 Lost subscription cards<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.7.1 Please report lost cards (stolen or damaged. etc.) to the customer service office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.7.2 Re-issue of a subscription card is charged at NIS 50. The card owner must be present in person and present an ID card. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.8 Canceling a subscription<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subscriptions are annual and cancelation must comply with the law (see handling cancelation requests on the last page)<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.9 Freezing a subscription<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.9.1 The Center has an exceptions committee which is authorized to discuss applications to freeze a subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.9.2 In case of illness (longer than two weeks), you may apply to the exceptions committee to freeze your subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.9.2.1 Please deliver the typed application to the customer service office in person or by email or fax. Please include a signed medical specialist\u2019s letter on official letterhead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.9.2.2 The freeze (if approved) will be valid only after the subscription card is deposited in the customer service office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.9.3 Travelling abroad &#8211; If you travel overseas for a period longer than 21 days, you may freeze you subscription for the duration of your absence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.9.4 You will be asked to provide proof of travel (ticket, passport stamps) and submit a typed application by email or fax to the customer service office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.10 Disciplinary rules of conduct <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(for all Cosell facilities and services at Safra, Mount Scopus, and Rehovot).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Persons who violate any of the regulations will be subject to the following disciplinary actions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following a hearing, a member\u2019s right to enter the center can be revoked by decision of the center\u2019s director.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An expelled member may appeal the director\u2019s decision to the Association CEO. Appeals must be typed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notwithstanding, complaints about breach of regulations by a student or employee may be submitted to the University disciplinary committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.11 Holidays<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sports centers are closed on the following dates: eve of Day of Atonement (Yom Kipur), Yom Kipur, IDF Memorial Day, Independence Day, and 9th of Av. Hours during the Tabernacles (Sukkot) and Passover (Pesach) vacations will be adjusted to the holidays. Updated information will be published on the bulletin boards and on the Cosell website 14\u00a0days before the holiday. The Rehovot sports center will be closed on Holocaust Memorial Day and open on Independence Day.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><b><a id=\"tak\"><\/a>Information and rules<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. <b>General<\/b><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please present a valid personal subscription card at the entrance to the center. You may not enter without a subscription card.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 Customer service office<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1.1 Located in the office building. Purchase all services and receive detailed information about them at the customer service office. Members of the Safra campus sports center are not entitled to use the Mount Scopus sports center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15.1.2 Open hours<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1.3 When the customer service office is closed, basic office services will be provided at the desk in the lobby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1.4 Lobby telephone number: <\/span><b>02 588-1234<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2 Drop-in admissions policies (the Center primarily serves members): Sale of drop-in admissions is restricted, in order to maintain our level of service to members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.1 Hebrew University students: may purchase a drop-in admission for themselves only, on any day of the week. Students may be accompanied by (one) guest on weekdays only, based on availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.2 Adult Lerner center members may purchase a drop-in admission. Guest admissions must be accompanied by an adult member. The first drop-in admission is available at a reduced rate, all subsequent admissions are full-price.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.3 Retired members of the French Hill community center may purchase drop-in admissions for Sunday-Thursday until 3:00pm. Please present at the desk an ID card that shows your age and address in French Hill: women over 60, and men over 65. These drop-in admissions are only available at the community center offices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.4 Single drop-in admissions for Fridays and Saturdays are available in limited numbers. Drop-in admissions are sold only before 12:00pm on Friday, by preorder and with approval of the Center director. Admissions may be ordered starting Sunday of the same week; first-come first-served until the guest quota for that day is filled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.5 Members may purchase a drop-in admission for their conscripted child only. Certificate of soldier in active service must be presented. The soldier must be accompanied by a family member. (single drop-in admission in 2019 is NIS 60).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.6 Children and youth under 18 years old may not purchase a drop-in admission and they cannot be the guests of other youth (single drop-in admission is NIS 60).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.7 The Lerner Center reserves the right to change these rules (and prices) from time to time. These changes will be posted on the bulletin board at the Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.8 Studio classes: Drop-in admissions may be purchased at the desk at the entrance to the Center. Patrons who are not members must arrive 15 minutes before class. This drop-in entry is for that class only and the drop-in may not use any of the Center\u2019s other facilities or equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-members must deposit an ID card at the desk. This will be returned to the patron up to 20 minutes after end of class. Any further delay leaving the Center will be charged an additional drop-in admission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3 Children and family members<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3.1 Children under 18 and members of the military under 21 who subscribe without the person eligible for a special rate will be charged at the full rate for the eligible person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3.2 Family subscriptions of two parents and 3 children in the same category at the full rate include any additional children free of charge, provided the children are under 18, or under 21 if they are serving in the IDF. Without the appropriate form, the full rate will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3.5 Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent while in the swimming pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3.6 Reduced-rate child subscription (based on an adult subscription) ends on the date the (eligible) adult subscription ends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4 Lerner Center rules for children and youth<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4.1 Personal subscriptions are sold to persons over 18, children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4.2 Family subscriptions for a parent plus child are available; however, children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4.3 Youth who purchase a subscription and violate any of these rules, will have their subscription revoked and will be refunded their registration fee less the required amounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5 Parking<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5.1 Parking rules:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parking is for Lerner Center members only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not park in the disabled parking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please park in the marked areas only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the instructions of the security attendants and cooperate with the security check procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please park motorbikes and scooters in the appropriate place, as marked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please vacate the parking by the end of the day. Vehicles still parked when the Center closes will be towed at the owner\u2019s expense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please do not litter the parking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The administration is not responsible for parked vehicles and their content; please do not leave valuables in your car.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Members who park in unmarked areas or in the red-white zones will be called to a disciplinary hearing and their subscription suspended until the hearing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3 Smoking is prohibited on all Center premises, including parking lot, tennis courts and open spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.7 Using mobile phones: Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited in the indoor courts, the gym, swimming pool, lobby, changing rooms, and the entire building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.8 No eating in the rest areas (around the buildings) at the Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.9 No picnic hampers or boxes or baskets of food on the Center premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.10 Lost and found<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.10.1 If you have lost personal items at the Center please ask the attendant at the front desk and present suitable identification. The Center is not responsible for lost items. Unclaimed items are placed in storage and after two months are donated to a social cause.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.10.2 Please report lost items to the attendant at the front desk. You may not deposit valuables at the front desk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.11 Using the changing rooms<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5.11.1 Swimming pool changing rooms are for users of the swimming pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5.11.1.1 Lockers: These have been installed in the swimming pool hallway for use during your stay only. To use the locker, insert a NIS 10 coin. The coin is returned when you unlock the locker. Lockers that have not been emptied on exit from the sports center will be emptied by the Center attendants and the member will be charged a NIS 100 storage fee. We value your full cooperation in implementing this service. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5.11.1.2 Do not leave personal items in the changing rooms; the Center is not responsible for damage to or loss of items left outside the lockers. Forgotten items will be taken away by the Center\u2019s attendants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.11.1.3 Coat racks: Closets for hanging coats and jackets are available to members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.11.2 Changing rooms in the gym: Available to patrons of the gym, classes, and indoor court (over 18 years old). The lockers are for health club members only. Other patrons may use the visitor lockers in the hallway of the swimming pool changing rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.11.3 The changing rooms are designed for the benefit of all its users, so please do not leave personal items there (including shoes). The attendants have been instructed to remove any personal items left in the changing rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.12 The administration is entitled to revoke membership of students or employees whose status at the university changed after subscribing to the center, or to request payment according to their current status at the university.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.13 Do not bring animals into the buildings or open spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.14 Rules of conduct: Members and guests must comply with the Center rules and with the instructions\/requests of its attendants, the regulations of the Sports Law, and all safety rules and precautions as published from time to time.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. <b>Helli\u2019s studio<\/b><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Offers a broad range of classes in the studio room, the main hall, and the swimming pool. To join a session, you must have single drop-in admission or a drop-in pass. Please present the voucher before class begins. Studio classes are included in the health club subscription. You may request a voucher at the reception desk; please present it to the instructor before class begins. The program will be revised from time to time and the changes will be advertised on the website and bulletin boards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The administration is entitled to revise the class schedule with advance notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the holiday eve and mid-week Tabernacles (Sukkot) and Passover (Pesach) days, the studio will be closed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<a id=\"pool\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">7. <b>Swimming pool<\/b><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1 Information<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.1 Open swim: The pool has swimming lanes installed for swimming laps. Swimming progresses on the right side of the lane anti clock-wise. Bathers who are not swimming laps are prohibited from using these lanes when the separator is up. The administration may consider allocating family hours in July and August. During these hours the separator will be removed and the option to swim laps will not be available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.2 On Friday and Saturday, the sports center closing time is the same as the pool closing time. Please vacate the changing rooms by this time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.3 To find out about open swim hours at the pool call the automated service number 02-588-1234 or look them up on the Association website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.4 Please follow changes in pool opening hours. These will be posted on the bulletin board at the swimming pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.5 Dry sauna for members<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.5.1 You must take a towel into the sauna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.5.2 Do not pour water or aromatic substances on the sauna stones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.5.3 Please follow the instructions posted at the sauna for entering and using it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.6 Do not use your mobile phone on the swimming pool decks or in the sauna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.7 Please be ready to present or give your subscription card to the pool attendants for inquiries on request.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.8 Notes<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blow dryers are for drying hair only. Do not use the blow dryers to dry swimwear, towels, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is a swimwear dryer in the swimming pool hallway. Please follow the instructions on the machine. Use it at your own risk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No eating and drinking on the swimming pool premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please step carefully when going from the swimming pool to the lawn and back; please use the doors that are kept open for this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To prevent bringing in dirt and leaves into the pool, please wash yourself when returning to the swimming pool from the lawn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bathers are requested to conserve water when showering and using other faucets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bathers are requested to avoid damaging the pool facilities through displacing or incorrect use of the facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barbequing on the Center premises is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.11 Towel service: Available to health club members. Please present your membership card to the lobby attendant to receive a towel. Your card will be returned to you when you bring back your towel. The charge for an unreturned towel is NIS 40.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1.11 Swimming lessons: The Center offers swimming lessons through the Born to Swim school. Please pay and receive your card at the customer service office. A swimming pool lane will be allocated to swimming instruction during part of the day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>7.2 Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">7.2.1 Safety rules<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the instructions of the lifeguards and swimming pool attendants. The attendants may impose additional instructions as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make sure the water is deep enough before you jump in. Diving in head first is allowed only on the deep end of the pool. Do not jump into the pool on the short side of the pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make sure you can swim. Stay in the shallows if you are learning to swim or are a beginner. Do not move into the deep water, or swim or jump before you are sure you able to swim well enough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be courteous and considerate while in the swimming pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not enter the pool if there is no lifeguard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Running and games on the decks around the pool are prohibited. The primary consideration is allowing unrestricted and safe swimming in the pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> 7.2.2 Hygiene<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use the restrooms before you enter the pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must wash thoroughly before entering the pool. Please use the shower at the entrance to the swimming pool. If you leave the water for any reason, wash yourself again when you return.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not spit in the pool or in its surroundings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid swimming in the pool when you are ill, feel weak, have a cold, ear infection, or skin disease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not enter the pool if you are wearing any type of bandaging.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No eating, chewing, or smoking in swimming pool premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Ministry of Health regulations, persons with long hair (men and women) must wear a swim cap while bathing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must be wearing swimwear to enter the pool!<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not walk on the swimming pool decks in your street shoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep the pool area, decks, and lawn clean.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2.3 Precautions<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An annual medical examination is recommended. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not enter the pool on a full stomach. Wait at least one hour after a full meal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not linger long on the pool deck when you are wet. Use a towel when resting between swimming sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you get a cramp, move immediately to the edge of the pool and get help from the lifeguard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leave your personal items in the swimming pool lockers in the hallway. Regardless, the Center is not responsible for any loss or damage to property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2.4 Swimming pool lawn<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lawn is available to the public at times established by the administration, normally 9:00am-5:00pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not pass from the lawn to the swimming pool without first washing your feet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ball games (bat games and others) on the lawn are prohibited. The lawn is a designated rest area (to play bat games please go to the tennis courts).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not hang on the sunshades or use them to workout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2.5 Food services <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are available at times that are published at the site and on the Association website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not use the food services barefoot or in swimwear, please wear clothing over your top and bottom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3 Accessibility<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3.1 The accessible entrance is for disabled persons only subject to presenting the special subscription card issued by the customer service office. Patrons or instructors may not switch channels or programs independently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.5 Instruction<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The gym has been designed and built to meet the highest standards and offers a large variety of first-rate equipment. Our gym instructors are among the best available professionals. When the system has authenticated your information, the attendant will open the door. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.3.3 Guest cards can be purchased at the front desk at the Lerner Center; please use the intercom to call through to the front desk at the lobby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.3.4 Access is controlled electronically. Any deviation from the rules will be treated as trespassing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.3.5 To enter with a tennis pass (multiple entry pass), use the intercom to ring through to the desk in the lobby. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.4 Required attire at the tennis court is tennis shoes, shorts, and a shirt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.5 Members and holders of a valid drop-in pass may reserve a court at the reception desk of the Mount Scopus tennis center. Please reserve 7 days in advance (pass holders 72 hours in advance only), in person or call 02 588-2796 Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm-10:00pm. An online system for reserving a tennis court will shortly be available to our members. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.6 Members may reserve a court in advance. Reservations are limited to 60 minutes a day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.7 Please state the full name of both players on the reservation form and list their subscription numbers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.8 Play ends exactly on the hour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.9 Singles games follow these rules:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.9.1 Regardless of whether the court was reserved or not, players of a singles game must vacate the court at the end of the 60 minute slot, according to the times listed on the reservation form. During the daytime, if no one is waiting to use the court, they may continue playing. If playing with lighting on, please vacate the court at the end of your 60 minute period, or pay for an additional hour of play.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.9.2 If you start your match late, the time will be deducted from your 60 minute time slot. If other players are waiting for the court you must vacate the court at the end of the scheduled 60 minute period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.9.3 The practice of one player reserving a court for a 60-minute slot and the second player reserving the next slot, to ensure 120 minutes continuous play for the two players, is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.9.4 Players who make a reservation and are more than 10 minutes late, lose their reservation and the court will be reallocated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.10 Doubles games follow the rules for singles games.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.11 The Center may reserve the facilities for Center sports events and classes. These events will be displayed on the reservation form. Players must follow the instructions of the Center staff in this matter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.12 If you have reserved a court and are unable to come, please inform the customer service office and cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your time slot begins so that others may utilize that slot. Drop-in pass holders may not cancel a reservation and their pass will be charged for the reserved activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.13 If there is no one manning the tennis desk, you may purchase drop-in admissions and passes at the Lerner Center reception desk. To play during these times, please stop by the reception desk at the Lerner Center to pay for the game in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.14 The tennis courts are available to members with a valid subscription and to holders of drop-in admissions and passes who present a receipt to the sports center attendants before the game.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Members of the Safra campus sports center may not use the Mount Scopus tennis club.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.16 No eating, chewing, or smoking in the tennis courts area. Do not bring any drinks in cans and\/or glass bottles into the tennis courts area. In the tennis courts area, you may only drink water in plastic bottles. There are two cold water dispensers at the tennis club.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.17 Only the players of the match are allowed on the court. Family members, including children, must remain outside the tennis court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.18 Do not play on a wet court as this damages the court surface. Please ask the supervisor at the court for the device for spreading puddles. In any event, you may only use the court when it is completely dry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.19 Only Center-approved tennis instructors are allowed to teach tennis, subject to advance reservation and payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.20 You may use a maximum of 6 tennis balls on one court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.21 Keep the tennis courts and the surrounding grounds clean. Do not litter the grounds; please use the trash cans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.22 Do not disturb matches in the adjacent courts. Do not raise your voice on the Center grounds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.23 Do not throw rackets or hurl them at the court surface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.24 Follow the instructions of the Center attendants. The staff may impose additional instructions as needed. You are required to fully comply with all the instructions listed in this document and those given by the attendants. If you wish to contest any additional instruction imposed by staff and not listed here, please see the director of the Lerner Center. However, as long as the instructions stand, you must comply with them. Members may reserve a court up to 3 times a week. Members may play up to 3 games a week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.25 Playing with lighting on: A surcharge for lighting applies when playing with lighting on. Member with an annual subscription will be charged for playing with lights on. Drop-in pass holders may reserve a court for an evening game 72 hours in advance, and will be charged separately for lighting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.26 Players who enter a court with an expired subscription or without arranging payment in advance will be charged for 3 hours of play.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.27 The director of the Lerner Center is entitled to revoke the right of a member or drop-in patron to use the tennis courts for periods of up to 3 months<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.28 Players with a certificate for a ball game such as futsal who have prepaid as required, must play in the designated courts and at the approved times. Please coordinate court reservations with the tennis center coordinator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.28.1 Lerner Center members are exempt from payment for futsal; however they may ony use the multisport courts subject to availability. The surcharge for lighting is NIS 150 per hour per court (2019 rate).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.29 When the parking entrance gate is closed, the tennis courts are also closed to visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.30 Buy tennis balls: at the tennis courts desk or at the sports supply store at the entrance to the sports center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.30.1 Unauthorized tennis coaching is automatically charged at the rate of 6 admissions with lighting per hour of play and also prosecuted for trespass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<a id=\"canc\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">10. <b>Cancelling a subscription<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cancel a subscription to the sports center<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compliant with the Consumer Protection Law effective September 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following rules apply to all types of subscriptions sold by the Cosell Association, including semi-annual subscriptions and competitive sports teams&#8217; activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.1 How to submit a cancellation request<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By registered mail, email, fax, or delivered in person to the customer service office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please make your letter is dated correctly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.2 When will the cancellation be effective?<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your cancellation will be effective one month from the date of delivery. The calculation will be based on the number of Center business days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.3 How the charges are calculated<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.3.1 Full payment for the period from purchase of the subscription until the cancellation comes into force, based on the annual rate the member received when purchasing the subscription (cost of annual subscription or semi-annual subscription divided by the number of months charged for).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.3.2 Cancellation fee (added to the amount calculated in Section 3.1). The Association will charge the price of one month\u2019s subscription: Subscription price is calculated based on the price per month of the annual subscription (1\/12 of an annual subscription) X the number of months of actual membership. Calculation for a period shorter than one month will be calculated using a rate of 1\/30 of the price per month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation fee must not exceed the lower of the following amounts:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.3.2.1 During the first third of your membership period, cancellation fee will not exceed 25% of the value as listed in Section 29.3.1. This does not include payment for activity in the period prior to the approved cancellation date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.3.2.2 During the second period of your membership, cancellation fee will not exceed 20 percent of the value, over the payment for activity up to the approved cancellation date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.3.2.3 During the third and final period of your membership, cancellation fee will not exceed 17 percent of the value, over the payment for activity up to the approved cancellation date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.4 Competitive sports<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Association\u2019s expenses for registering an athlete will be listed separately on the registration form. These expenses cover the following items: registration with the sports association, insurance, medical examinations, and registration fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.5 How to cancel a subscription<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.5.1 As is standard for refunds, cancellations are made through the director of the center after an examination and with the approval of the Association comptroller.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.5.2 Refunds are made within 30 days, using the same method of payment as was used to purchase the subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.5.3 The customer service office will notify you in writing about the amount you will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b>Legal definitions:<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monthly rate in an alternative track: the monthly price for the same services provided to the customer in a transaction for a limited period, if the agreement were made for an unlimited period, as offered to the customer in writing before the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monthly rate of the transaction: the price that the customer must pay for the right to use the gym during the limited period, depending on the transaction, divided by the number of months in which the customer has the described right of use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consideration: Any payment associated with the transaction with the gym that the customer is required to pay the business, including registration fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration policy and rules 1.
